itinerary

Monday November 6

On arrival at Tullamarine we’ll meet our Driver for Private Bus Transfer to Mornington Peninsula.

After a 70-minute drive we’ll take on the 9 Hole ‘Cups’ course at The Dunes.

After a quick drink it’s onto the bus for a short trip to Hotel Sorrento.

After check-in and freshen up, a dinner suggestion is the restaurant of Hotel Sorrento.

Tuesday November 7

After breakfast at a local cafe it’s a short trip to The National for an 11:03am tee-time at the Old Course.

There are several options for dinner on the bubbling Sorrento restaurant and cafe strip but previous tourists have never found anything but great tastes at The Rasoi Tandoori Indian Kitchen.

Wednesday November 8

Today we’re off for a 10:53am tee-time at the excellent St Andrews Beach links.

A suggestion for post-round drinks is the nearby St Andrew’s Beach Brewery (co-owned by cricketer David Warner and jockey Tommy Berry) which also does a fine steak if the party would stay on for an early dinner.

Thursday November 9

No golf today but rather a wine-tasting tour of local vineyards followed by a late lunch at Jackalope Estate.

Dinner suggestion is in-room pizza coupled with a recently purchased local red.

Friday November 10

Today’s golf is an 11am tee-time at the excellent Cape Schanck.

Dinner? A wander up Ocean Beach Road will reveal several bubbling restaurants while the Hotel Sorrento will be doing its typically busy Friday night trade.

Saturday November 11

Tee-time is a little later (1pm) for golf today at The Dunes which could perhaps mean an early lunch at the clubhouse of The Dunes.
